how to redeem your points.
- Log in to your account by clicking SW Rewards+ on the floating button on the bottom right corner of your screen, or by clicking here.
- Select the reward you’d like to use and click “redeem.”
For one-time purchases and new subscriptions, copy the code and add it in the discount code field at checkout.
For existing subscriptions, copy the code and click “discount a subscription” which will bring you to your account page. From there:
- Click “manage subscriptions” and select an active subscription.
- Click “apply discount” and add your discount into the discount code field.
- Click “add discount” and your reward will be applied to your next shipment. Whoo!
- how do I join?
- All you need to do is sign up for a Solv Wellness account. It’s free and only takes a minute!
- how do I check/manage my rewards?
- Just click here (or on the Rewards icon on the lower right-hand side of your screen). After signing in, you will be able to view your points balance and select a reward if you have any available to use.
- what’s the fastest way to earn the most points?
- When you refer a friend, you will each get $10 (1,000 points) to use on a future purchase. And it gets better: there’s no limit to how many friends you can refer!
terms & conditions
- All points will expire after 1 year of purchase inactivity.
- Discount codes are valid within 6 months of reward redemption.
- One discount code valid per product in cart.
- If you return items, reward points will be deducted from your account and only the amount paid will be refunded (minus any discount amount).
- Points do not have a cash value and will not be included in return credit, should you return the product.
- Points are not earned on taxes and shipping fees.
- Solv Wellness reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons/program at any time.
